Wow, another great week. It’s odd bc I haven’t necessarily changed anything much about my game plan over the last 6 months or so, but trying not to question it too much 😂
284.7 lb Lost so far: 100.8 lb.    Still to go: 149.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
