Its a start but I have a long way to go. I should loose the water weight easily if I keep up going to the gym and drinking nothing but water. I am also watching what I eat now. I'll keep you guys posted along the journey.
248.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
