Steady progress is being made. I fully expect to reach my goal of 165 lbs. and 18 percent body fat within three weeks. Maintaining that will be the trick!
166.5 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
