Made my 10,000 steps for the day, still planning to do Zumba during my late shift as well. At a minimum, I'll use free weights like I did last night, while watching a movie. Feeling much better this evening, especially in comparison to the funk I've been for the last week. The exercise has helped to elevate my mood, but that's just the tip of the iceberg! Anyway, as long as I stick to this regime, I should make some nice progress!

182.4 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 47.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
