Well it's the night before the big weigh in tmoz... Been fed up at work and everything else today so just taken our Dave out for a nice long walk to clear my head.... Hopefully some good news on the horizon tmoz let's see hey🤷🏻‍♂️ Have a good evening everyone 🙂
183.2 lb Lost so far: 11.7 lb.    Still to go: 15.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
