Losing weight solely because on project where away from desk and junk all/most of day. In meetings allday. My observation is that I won't blatantly over eat in meetings, but apparently will at my desk. So, social pressure to eat tied to being very busy is working to my advantage here. Would the next step be to get rid of the junk at my desk? Hmm.....
