254.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 22.4 lb a week

Hey ITank, cheering you on💪🏾🥗🏃🏾‍♀️, you can do this👍🏾. Also It's been recommended to weigh at the same time of day each time to avoid fluctuations due to water retention etc. I prefer start of day to weigh, my end of day weight can't properly compare given that I aim to stay well hydrated, and water as well as the dinner/lunch in our stomachs add pounds.
