Weight up a pound after this weekend, but this has been my normal pattern after being more lax on the weekends. I was pretty good with calories overall, even though Saturday I didn’t track because I went to a party and did a lot of “grazing” on food. Tried to make smart choices and didn’t overeat so I think I did pretty good. Definitely feeling bloated today and need to step my water game up to help flush out the extra sodium. I feel really thirsty today, and I know I didn’t drink anywhere close to my normal amount of water this weekend.

I’m finally feeling back to my normal self after being sick last week, so will be able to get back to real exercise which I didn’t have any of last week, just walking. Should help me get back on track again. I’m also so glad that Halloween is over, because I don’t have ANY events in November (besides Thanksgiving) to tempt me to be bad this month, and Thanksgiving isn’t anywhere near as tempting to me as Halloween candy! Ate some Halloween candy, and still have a little bit left, but for the most part gave it all away so there won't be much temptation hanging around.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
