Glad I'm starting to work out again. Did Zumba two days in a row, gonna keep up doing 30 minutes (minimum) of cardio and/or 10,000 steps in a day. Dressed up a little for work, in the shirt my sister got for me, to feel a little better about myself. Just trying to out-maneuver this fear and sadness inside of me. Day by day. Taking things day by day.

181.4 lb Lost so far: 26.6 lb.    Still to go: 46.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
