Started new exercises with emphasis on muscle building. I gained 4 lbs. since yesterday weigh in :( . Maybe eating too few csls. and putting body into starvation mode. Actually haven't been feeling well--feel tired and didn't sleep well last nite.
155.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
