yay! still staying flat at my weight which is good, this means I'm still at my 2nd weight goal of 57kg/roughly 125 pounds.
If I can I'd like to get back to 54 / 55 but here is good.
keeping up with my extended intermittent fasting but I might open the window early doing only a 16 hour fast today as I'm getting my tattoo finished. I will see.... I quite like the 18 hour fasts or longer.
also since I started vaping it helps keep the hunger at bay.
I know not everyone would agree with the strategy that I'm doing but at the end it's my body and I am going to do what I feel works for me. longer fasts, lchf, and calories logged no more than 1100 is what is working.
