Well I jumped right back into my healthy routine. I even tracked my cals on my iphone. Did P90X, Core Synergestics last nite although I was really tired. I'm glad I did. I fell asleep at around 6:30 pm and woke up at 7:30 pm saying, "I have to be committed and do this, while my husband was saying let's wait til tomorrow" LOL! Well once I was up and warmed up, I was fine.
I'm closer to my waist and hip measurements goal. 3 inches away from the waist of my dreams and 3 inches away from hips that won't stop.
Everyone was shocked to see my transformation when I was in Louisiana. Last time they saw me I was 45 pounds heavier. Still have some toning to do. Oh I forgot to mention I shopped til I dropped with my sissy and the dresses I bought were sizes 6 and 8! Can you believe it? They are a-line so they flatter my small waist and rotund bottom.
