I feel tremendously bloated. Must be that period that never came last month. Sucks being a woman. It's ok though, I'm still getting all of my workouts in. And I've pulled out the measuring tape. Time to measure progress!

thigh: 23.5
calf: 15.75
bicep: 11.75
body fat %: 31%
133.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
