Night before the weekly weigh in... Had a good week this week feeling good with myself but not sure about any weight loss but let's see i'll try stay positive🤞🏻
185.6 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 18.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
