I know I ate correctly yesterday, but in the end I still gained 0.4 pounds. I think I may be drinking too much water in a day. Yesterday I drank 7 16oz. glasses of water, along with 4 club sodas with lime (16 oz. as well). Before I used to get upset about a weight gain, but now I just see it as a bigger challenge to eat correctly and make changes to my habits. I will stay vigilant with losing weight. I've got my life to gain by losing this weight.

Doubt you are drinking too much water, you may be retaining too much though. For me this is all about sodium intake. Try monitoring that. Drinking full-on cranberry juice (Pure, no sugar added like Knudsens in glass) plus water will also reduce water retention for me.

Trying to be helpful - I have to agree with Lightedkeypad, I don't think you're drinking too much water, it's actually good for weith loss to drink a lot of water. More likely would be sodium in your system or possibly retaining water due to a high level of carbs. If you are open to suggestion, mine would be to log everything you eat into your food diary, that way you can accurately keep track of calories/fats/carbs/protein/sodium levels. Weight can vary a lot day to day, it's the longer term mesurement that's more important....don't sweat .4 lbs you can get it right off. Best wishes for your success.
