Up just every so slightly. I went into the kitchen after 7:00 pm. The urge to have a slice of garlic toast was overwhelming. One slice because two. because as long as I was using the toaster. why not? Then came a few grams of cashews, grape tomatoes and feta. Oops.... I have a mile and a half mile walk to look forward to, plus I have already walked to Safeway for my weekly produce haul. Cheap Lazy Vegan had a great recipe for chili garlic fried rice that I am going to meal prep tomorrow. Rice is already cooking, and I going to make uo some tempeh for salads.
