Good morning, all...I know, I know... I have been AWOL, but I'm still here....a little down about my thyroid diagnosis...I have both a nodule and cyst on one of them...I went thru this 13 years ago and wasn't planning on facing this AGAIN....But its all good. Participating in the 28 Day Jump Start Challenge on Instragram with @Fitgirlsguide....Started this past Monday and is so much fun!
