Another week down and I'm down on the pounds! I'd typically be JUMPING for joy, but this week I'm swamped at work, overloaded with house chores and just struggling to get through my daily goals. Today wasn't an exception. I ended up eating a salad for lunch that someone else purchased and delivered to my office. It had dried wasabi peas, chow mein noodles and all kinds of cheese on it. Not to mention that the dressing was probably 200 calories a tablespoon. I hate not being control of what I eat. I picked out the healthy bites the best I could... Then, for dinner tonight I grabbed a bun free burger from a fast food joint. I'm sure that I could have made a better decision, but I've chalked that one up to a good decision rather than the best decision. Then I lost myself to a handful of my daughter's French fries and half a sugar cookie. Regret. Anxiety. I want more. All in all, today is probably a wash for calories. I'll be better in the morning.
ALSO - I'm a day behind on my running! Ugg. I've really got to get back into my routine! Days like today are the beginning of how I get off track. I recognize that. I will fix it.

Congratulations on the loss. You didn't do all that bad either on your food choices, especially considering the stress, don't worry about it. Onward and downward from here.
