I have stopped having coke at home So more more bad influences in the house. I will only have a coke if I go out on special occasions (like a lunch or dinner). I think this is a good start for me. I have been drinking A LOT of water
I've also lost 2 kgs, I was 105kg and now I am 103kg. It's mostly water but I am ok with that. And I have my first Go-Kan-Ryu lesson tonight and I'm excited! This is going to help my balance and fitness and focus.
Over the weekend I'm going to make some pancakes and keep them in the freezer and have one with an apple and grapes for breakfast. I wanted yogurt but didn't have the money that will be on next fortnights shopping list.

Aldi have an awesome Blueberry Greek style yoghurt - pretty sure its the same as the new Dairy Farmers one, but cheaper. I've been treating myself to 100g after dinner. Sooo tasty! (Also - this message only makes sense if you are in Australia. If not, please ignore!)

Funnily enough I have never bought anything from Aldi, I just buy my groceries from Woollies or Coles. And I am fussy when it comes to any kind of yogurt, I can't eat it if there are real fruit pieces or pips in it. I even sieve my berry smoothies because of all the pips and seeds!

Ah! That's too bad - there are a few blueberries floating about in there!

There is a plain one, minus the fruit. It's my little treat now too, much tastier than the chocolate and chips I used to snack on, and sooo much better for the waist line. Only problem is, once you start on that Greek Yogurt, you won't go back to the other brands. Even my dog loves it.
