I am really badly stuck at about 220. looking bak, it seems I was eating too little so now I am trying to stay around 1200 cals per day. this app tells me to eat 1600 per say but with disabilities and not being able to walk, I believe it is too high. I will not give up no matter what, I am very determined to get to my goal!
220.2 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 60.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I also found that 1600 was high I reset mine to 1400. Good attitude, keep doing what your doing and it will start going down.
