Officially lost 3 kg! :D its taken six weeks but I did it! And it wasnt super hard, it really just involved changing my mindset, getting a good night sleep, cutting snacks and upping the exercise...and not giving up when I had a day where I didnt stick to plan! I feel so much better! My big goal is 60, but my next milestone is 63 which is really my normal weight. Maybe even before I get to Cairns in three days!!
