Happy with these results, I've been out in the field all week. When I arrived home I found my new Tanita BC-533 weigh scale, will read up on it this week. First I have few reports to finish up. Cheers all have a great week.
285.5 lb Lost so far: 42.5 lb.    Still to go: 95.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
