I went pretty hard at the beginning of last week with jogging, circuit training, kick boxing, an hour and a half of ultimate etc on the mon/tues on about 1500 calories of food but crashed at the end of the week and didnt do hardly anything fri-sun cos i was so exhausted. Also got anthony's cold on fri. I think i need to ease up a bit on the amoint of exercise each day, buf i am defonately feeling fitter. I didnt closely watch what i ate for the rest of the week but it worked out and I hit my goal of 64 before holidays! :D very proud! 3 kg!
