Well I'm glad that I'm back on here, because I have gained weight this over past year because I moved to a different city and it's been hard on me, and so far on myself. Thank you. But I'm trying hard again to lose weight again and I used to stay on track on my diet and now I can't stay on it and because things, Are expensive now to buy or get in stores lately.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 110.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Try frozen options if available to you. Like berries and veggies. Also beens.and rice. Complete protein at a fraction of cost of meat. Hope this helps a little. I understand completely about relocating and starting new. It gets easier. I promise
