Shedding this fat suit 1 layer at a time! Down about 6.5 lbs. in week 1! So excited! I am still having a hard time limiting stevia...I love my 2 cups of coffee in the morning. Also having a hard time eliminating nuts...a favorite snack. Not sure if these things are necessary for me to further limit/eliminate given my results this week. Anyway, energy is really high and cravings are gone! I think I will stay on induction until I have reached a 15% (approx. 25lbs) loss, then move on to OWL so that I can start to add in a few fruits/berries that I enjoy.
