woke up with a strange feeling in my stomach...not quite queasy, just uneasy...i think i just needed to eat something as i am feeling better after my Atkins Day Break bar.
Also, my muscles do not seem to be recovering as fast after a work out as they used to. I'm not sure if this is a side effect of the atkins diet or not.
