Well, didn't get my 218. So close and I did shed 3lbs. No alcohol for the rest of the week though. =(
New goal time: 217lbs by Monday the 20th.
How: Complete my pushups, drink the water for my challenges. Continue keeping my net loss around 1000cal a day. Continue keeping carbs to a maintainable level. (35% DI)
New penalty: No alcohol, no fun energy drinks during the week. (LO-CARB MONSTER IS MY JAM!) But an un-necessary add.
