Down 500 grams bruh. I'm happy! I've lost about 1.5 kg in 1 week :D. I couldn't work out yesterday because I had a lot of commitments. Put in a crazy work out today though. I've never sweated this much. Even have a slight headache :D.
209.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
