I've started to do a Whole30-ish diet again. My main effort is pulling breads and cereal out of my diet. I'm still consuming in minimally, and I am still consuming sugar and dairy minimally, but when I eat I am focusing on protein + vegetables + fruit. I even ate more than 3 times a day so I didn't expect to see a drop in weight but I did! Now this is a trend I'd like to see continue!
221.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.6 lb a week
