What inspite of doign rigourous exercycle only my leg muscles getting stronger and all and my shin muscles and all as doign exercycle daily 30 min nealry 8 km sometimes 10 km still also feeling leaner in stomach and chest still weight is 85.2 kg strange.But me feeling as if stomach got inside and all.Appearance wise i am looking leaner bu not in weight same 85.2 kg .
187.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 47.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.7 lb a week

Muscle is more dense than fat. That you can see the physical change is indication that you are on the right track. More muscle = more fat burning. You may have to make some calorie intake adjustment in a week or two. For now I would suggest just continuing with your plan. The drop should come. Fantastic exercise plan!
