Will be doing a 3 month recomp/maintenance.

Already lost 22lbs and need a big break. Feel sluggish as well.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know the feeling. Five months of strict intake was all I could manage. It’s okay to take a break; the trick is to still keep track so that lost weight doesn’t sneak back on! It’s harder than it sounds; but easier than weight loss.
