Old injuries are beginning to act up. Whenever I try and work out, I feel my knees get really mad at me.
It is very difficult for me to repeatedly have to remind myself that what I "know" I can accomplish mentally is not what my body can actually handle.
I need to retrain my mind to understand that being healthy is not done through working out hard. Rather, being healthy is exercising in the way that is best for me. . . I really hate low impact workouts but I need to find a way to grasp that it is a way to love my body.
