Didn't do bad considering it was my birthday weekend. All you can eat crab legs and birthday cake. I ate well enough the rest of the week that it kind of offset it.

1.6 lbs to go to reach my first goal.
191.6 lb Lost so far: 43.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
