I've followed 100% every day during this run, it's just my phone doesn't ask me, and I usually weigh in on my phone.

Now, 3 straight days at this weight. That is a bummer. But on the bright side, I could say that I just got through the weekend without gaining any weight. Now to get my body losing again or tomorrow.
201.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
