I added rice, multigrain or rye bread and lentils (much abdominal gas) back into my diet and the weight has piled on again. Back to a low-starch diet I go.
183.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 3.1 lb a week
