I am going to take both your advice. I do have a bit of a love for sugary drinks but I hate coffee so I will have to find an alternative to sugary drinks

I find the flavored carbonated waters a satisfying substitute. I go through 3 or 4 bottles each of grapefruit, mandarin, lime and watermelon flavors a month (PC and Montpellier are my go-to brands).

I love sugary drinks and I substituted them with sparkling water and artificial sugar drinks but after I read how unhealthy they are I am trying to reduce how much I drink so started pouring half water and half a drink lol

Have you tried intermittent fasting. I fast from 11pm until 3pm. Then eat from 3 to 11. I still try to limit my calories to 1600 but I have managed to lose 20 lbs since sep 2. There is a lot of videos on YouTube. Been trying to lose weight for 20 years finial found the thing that works for me.

I haven’t heard much about fasting but I have been reading up on it and honestly. This sounds like something I can do easily.
I don’t want to drink sugar-free drinks cause they are so bad. I have found that drink very cold water curbs the desire for sugary drink.
Thanks everyone for the advice.
