I haven't gotten in all of my workouts. That plus late night snacking resulting in a smaller calorie deficit = little weight drop for the week. I guess there is always next week. Getting difficult to stay motivated.
264.4 lb Lost so far: 54.4 lb.    Still to go: 64.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
