Ate too many calories yesterday--over 1000. That is cause of wt gain since yesterday.albeit only.6 lb.

by eating so little calories, you are putting youself in STARVATION mode. This is NOT a healthy way to lose weight!!! I would talk to a nutrionist, as there is NO way under 1000 calories will meat your nutritional needs, especially if you are burning as many calories as you say. Are you using a hRM? Maybe you're overestimating the calories you're burning? I noticed that I was doing that if I used FS's calorie guide, so I bought myself a heart rate monitor and am counting them more acurately now.
