Week 1 - complete!

I am over hurdle 1, starting and following through. Had a minor detour but I muddled thru! Proud of myself...

7 lbs down and lots more to go , but happy i was able to do this...been a long time coming
217.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
