Daily exercise is paramount! Even on those days where I consume nearly double my goal for food, I can redeem myself as long as a do at least a half hour of cardio every day, preferably closer to an hour. My body and my mind are both more inclined to feeling good as long as I stay with this one rule. And my legs never looked better at this weight. I may not be able to lose to the original goal weight if I am muscled, so I'll probably adjust that.
