Ate 1300 for all 7 days. Went to the gym 3 times this week. Started working out on the weights this week. So probably going to stay the same weight, just replacing the fat with muscle.
126.5 lb Lost so far: 23.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
