High school's Journal, 16 October 2014

I've been without computer for a couple days. While I weigh everyday, I do not record weight until I've seen a one lb lost at least three times. Down 4 lbs. Hope I can keep it up. Hope I can drop 3 lbs in the next two weeks
156.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
