Down to 253 today! I am definitely on track to lose another 3 pounds by next Monday, as long as I don't screw up between this coming Monday - Thursday. I already have nutritious snack lined up: grape tomatoes, hummud I will potion out individual baggies of grapes, apples English cucumbers, maybe buy a Happy Hoagie and cut each half into smaller half or quarters. Oh, ad some baby carrots. and clementine. I don't want to be in a position where my go snack is chips or something like that. .D os a texture eater. like me, but instead of not liking lumpy/grainy things, he doesn't like crisp things like apples or carrots. His parents never encouraged him to eat fruit or veggies and at 52, he dislikes them all. This is unfortunate for his vegan girlfriend- namely, me. Luckily, the restaurants we will be eating at have been scoped out and have vegan options. even if is just an Impossible Buger or entree salad. I refuse to set myself up to fail, hence, all of the snacks. I am pretty excited. I have been waiting for D to visit for about 3 months now, and it is going to be a minimum of 5 months before I get to see him again. Hopefully, I will have lost significant weight by then. As much as he says he loves me, I would prefer that he had less of me to love. if I play my cards right, I could be down to 200 (5 months, 10 pounds a month, it's doable). But, we will cross that bridge when we come to it. Today, I am getting a manicure and going to see a movie. It is going to be a good day. 👍
