New low, feeling good.

Have some friends coming to town this weekend, probably won't eat the best, but I don't really care too much. I am just going with the flow.

I'll probably be back up to 190 on Monday, but it could be worse I suppose.

Sticking with the circuit training, seems to work pretty darn well.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
