So family is gone on vacation for next 2 months and now my objective for next 3 months is to reduce weight upto old levels of 78 to 80. i think losing 14 kgs in 3 months is realistic and a possible target. Why i want to reduce: Day by day, i am watching my clothes becoming smaller on my body and i think its the time when i should stop buying bigger size clothes and use the old ones. How will i reduce: by eating less and excercising more. im going to make a rule about not eating from outside. Or if needed, will not eat junk, will eat only something which will not cost more than 1 dollar. I guess 1 dollar restriction will help much in controlling the portion quantity. will intake lots of water to curb the hunger. Currently im not sure, what diet should i use, whether i should go protien only for few days or should live on fruits etc. etc. Risk: hit the wall early at around 90kg. or pain and weakness.
