I have finally broken through the 258 doldrums that were keeping me down and depressed. This was a 6:30 am weight and my lowest weight always comes at about 8:00 am, after a full night's sleep. I am up early this morning, as N, J's mom is picking me up around 10;00 to go to J',s grave. it's been 5 years since she has been gone, and I didn't want to go this year. but N really needs me.

As for the weight loss, D will be here in 7 days! I am quite sure I will meet my mini goal by then. I am aiming for 255. I don't care if it is 255.8. Anything in the 255 range is totally okay. I just have to get there. I have a feeling that N will want to catch a bite to eat after we go to to see J. I will have to be firm but gentle in my declining. I already went out to eat this week, and can't afford the calories. D and I will be eating out every day he is here. That is just a fact I will have to deal with. I will not be logging my food intake while he is here. I will have to limit my snacking to only the healthy foods I can keep in the hotel mini-fridge. I am really looking forward to his visit but I am not using it as an excuse to give me carte blanc to stuff my face.
257.4 lb Lost so far: 40.1 lb.    Still to go: 87.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
