It seemed I had it a "weight plateau" but I think I managed to breakthrough. Even with me being so aware of my intake and exercising a lot with over 30 KM running a week I couldn't get my weigh reduced.
My solution was to reduce all intake by a little. Although I am registering all the food I eat here it is still hard to estimate how much you actually eat. You can eat super healthy but if you eat a lot of it it still makes you fat.
