I managed to follow my diet of 2500 calories; however, I still need to reduce my intake of carbs as they still make up over 50% of my diet. Thankfully I was able to drink plenty of water and managed to lose 2 lbs. Onward and upward.
231.2 lb Lost so far: 30.9 lb.    Still to go: 61.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
