eating extra portions and desserts like ice cream and cheese fries at lunch. eating out too much at work and starting to snack more. Also had big breakfasts at church functions and two angry whoppers. starting to ride my bike to work.
172.8 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
