I figured it out...sorda. It could be two things that are preventing me from losing weight. 1. not enough calories 2. Not enough water.
Last night I drank a ton of water, more than usual and I ate a lot yesterday. At first I thought it was way to much and was nervous but I didnt go over my calories too much. I track everything on myfitnesspal.com
I also had a ton of water last night. I was peeing like every 5 minutes, lol.
Anyways I woke up to being a pound lighter! Whoot whoot!! Last night I did body step so that could have given me a good drop in weight too.
So it was a confidence boost for sure. Tonight it is at least a 90 min workout. I have weights and zumba. I cant wait.
